El_refugio just released a new version of ASH ASH v2.3 released: www.elotrolado.net/hilo_dale-color-a-tu-smash-bros_1157762Now it uses the new compression method I discovered for CUPASH. It's a lot faster creating the PAC and PCS now. It also fixes a bug that could delete _new.pac and _new.pcs when trying to extract _new.pac with step 1. Now you can extract _new.pac to check if it's a valid file and it won't delete it.

Ah right just noticed that it's an offline website. It's included in the zip anyway.

Although... it seems that full transparency is the only option via this automatic method... blah.
Oh well, at least that cuts out a few steps... +2's will still continue to be a pain in the ass for varying levels of transparency.

I'll give it a shot. I'll be burning another disc in the next few days here. Who do I replace with this crono.pcs?

stevetv: Crono goes on Ike. (I ripped the textures, they're Ike's textures.) Besides, whom ELSE would he go on? For the record, this new version of ASH does NOT support mipmapped +1 and +2 textures. I tried it on Sonic, and his eyes... Well, let's just say they weren't very pretty when zoomed out. I brought it to el_refugio's attention, and he says he'll work on that for next version release. ...Ah... has anyone made any Sonic textures with this thing? My Sonic textures keep having a weird blue tint to them. I'm not sure why that is.

Ah damn sorry forgot to mention that it's an Ike texture.
Well, hope the support for mipmapped +1 and +2 textures will be added soon.

Oh well, at least that cuts out a few steps... +2's will still continue to be a pain in the ass for varying levels of transparency. I wanted to add support for different levels of transparency. Unfortunately, I could not get it in time so I released 2.0. I can't promise anything, because I worked hard on it but I couldn't get it to work. Example of what I coded: ASH asked you what colour could be transparent and its level of transparency too, then it searched for the colours you typed. Main problem was that it never found the color you typed. I think it must be something about the decimal to binary transformation, but it's not a priority right now. i prefer to focus on the CSP (I posted a question in the help forum). stevetv: Crono goes on Ike. My Sonic textures keep having a weird blue tint to them. I'm not sure why that is. Don't worry. +1 and +2 mipmaps will be supported. But... Can you tell me what +1 or +2 textures has mipmaps except Sonic eyes? I did not add support to it because I did not found any. Sonic's blue light can be disabled painting with magenta the HeadMask and using Alpha channel in the BodyMask (or viceversa, I can't remember now, just look at which of them is the +2).
