I'm actually in need for a tutor to teach me to texture hack. I'm just a hacker, I've never done textures.

Step 1: Get a texture. Step 2: ????? Step 3: PROFIT!
----
I'd say it's basically do whatever the hell you think looks good, try it out, fix things, and then try again.

Also, profit would send Nintendo on a rampage. That could result in a lawseut and a copyright ban.

Probably the easiest thing you could ever do. Trust me, if I could do it (hexing even before the creation of ASH), you definitely can. XD When you download ASH v2.0, simply follow the instructions supplied. (They'll be in HTML format, NOT the .txt file... I don't think that one's up-to-date.) I did just that, and bam. Got Sonic, a character I didn't think I'd ever be able to work with, up and running. :) If you are still interested and need a bit more help (and require some of the necessary supplies for ASH), you can drop a PM my way and I'll try to help out best I can.

stevetv: Crono goes on Ike. (I ripped the textures, they're Ike's textures.) Besides, whom ELSE would he go on? I actually have no idea who Crono is, but I'm happy he's around: The only flaw I found. Unless of course that's supposed to be there. Sudden Death! Yes, my climbers make a cameo.

Thanks a lot for testing this out Steve. First off Crono is from the SNES RPG Chrono Trigger, here's a pic of him. Hm, the hair thing is really strange, I could have sworn I turned all blue parts that looked like hair red, must have missed one. Another weird thing is the fact that I actually made that leatherpatch over his chest as well as the second belt transparent. but now they just turned black. But at least I know why the hair looks so meesed up, after opening the original texture in GIMP I noticed that most if it should be transparent. Damn you photoshop for not displaying tansparency! Anyway I'll try to finish that texture once I get my Wii back. Also has anyone any idea how I can fix that transparency turned black error? Does this only happen when using ASH or is it just not possible turning these parts transparent?
