According to this, Comex didn't just start working on another exploit... It seems he abandoned BaNNeRBoMB altogether. His new efforts may actually prove better in the long run. I mean, the only reason Nintendo was blocking Homebrew was because it allowed piracy, right? If Comex blocks those attempts, then Ninty should leave the Homebrew community alone.

The only bad part about this is that he seems to be taking pages from Sakurai's book on release policies.

Someone from the Wiibrew forums mentioned that that website isn't very popular, and that the guy who made the post is a loser that only wants to make a name for himself.

Basically, don't believe everything that random people post on their blogs.

Comex has released has exploit today. Unfortunately, I've been noticing that I get code dumps whenever I try to run Brawl from Gecko OS.

Edit: I downgraded the IOSes on my Wii so that I could install the HBC. It worked, and Gecko OS runs properly again.

I no longer need Comex's exploit now that I have the HBC again, AND I still have System Menu 4.0 and the SD Card Menu.

It's official. I'm back in business with texture hacking. Just wait, and you may see my newest textures in the future.

Only for the Wiis released before Late 2008. LU64+ Wiis (Wiis with a barcode starting with LU64 or higher) can't be downgraded, nor can they install the HBC by any current methods known.
