The Wanikoko 4.0 fix works with pal? Can this brick you wii? I don't have aa clue on that, you'll have to read what Waninkoko post about it. It might brick your Wii, just about everyone knows losing power during a system update can cause a brick. I'm sure this applies to Waninkoko's.

Can you put the HBC on the SD? You can copy the HBC onto an SD card. However, you can't copy it FROM an SD card once System Menu 4.0 is installed.
Additionally, if the HBC is not saved onto the Wii System Memory, it will not work through your SD card.

Just a small note to anyone who has System Menu 4.0.
Although you can use SDHC cards with System Menu 4.0, they're not compatible with Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Therefore, you're only able to use standard SD cards when saving snapshots, replays, or custom stages.

Well... This might be good news for you people stuck at 4.0 without CIOS or the Homebrew channel... www.youtube.com/watch?v=KQoEneMQ4R4It's a video preview of comex's "BaNNeRBoMB" (Video by Igglyboo) to run custom code without the Twilight Hack...

I saw that video when Wiibrew.org mentioned it, but if you check Wiibrew.org now, you don't see that notice anymore. That's likely a sign that it's a fake.
Hint: If you look closely at the video, you'll notice that that Wii's System Menu is not 4.0. System Menu 4.0 has the SD Card Menu, which is not even visible in that video.

It's real. How can it be real if Wiibrew.org doesn't mention anything about it?
Besides, you can clearly see on the video that the System Menu used is below version 4.0. If that was System Menu 4.0, you would've seen an SD Card icon to the right of the Wii button.
Just look at the main page and you'll see that there isn't any latest news updates since March 25.
If he does this with System Menu 4.0, THEN I would be satisfied.

It's real because I've tested it. --- Though that's not saying it fully works as intended.
Current version is incompatible with 4.0.
Current "testing version" displays a message dialog "Do you wish to format your NAND?" before crashing.

I'd rather use a method that does not have the risk of formatting your Wii.
Anyway, sometimes I wonder if Team Twiizers is even trying to update the Twilight Hack. I'm pretty sure that it would take a lot of hard work and discipline to be able to accomplish a task like that.
