Having some trouble here - it keeps saying my portraits aren't indexed even though I indexed all of them in Photoshop (71 colors, right?). I'm obviously doing something wrong but I can't figure out what.

I just went through all of them again and did exactly that. Still says they're not indexed.

Photoshop saves things in psd format by default if you just click Save. Are you using Save As to save them as tgas?

TexConv and NTCompress need to be in the main CUPASH folder with step1 and such, actually.

Okay, I've done that, but now it just closes out insanely fast. The only thing I can see is something like "tplsplitter not recognized". Is there some other file I'm missing?
EDIT: I checked my other CUPASH folder and there was a file named tplsplitter in there. I dropped it this one and it seems to have worked! I wonder why it was missing. Now to test and see if it actually put them together properly...
EDITEDIT: It works! Thanks for the help. Seems like I was just missing some weird file. Maybe it didn't extract right the first time or something.
