The 4 lines has information like width and height and type of texture. You must put PCS and PAC files always, but that won't make any texture transparent neither. Is there a certain reason we always need the PAC files? I know they're needed for transformations, but other than that, I've never used them.

I saw somewhere that when you play online it loads the other players from .pac's though I haven't tested it myself. I think it is nice to have them there for 'completeness' so it is like a full replacement of that costume.

I just assumed the other person wouldn't see the textures unless they had them too. goo to know. I'll have to test that later.

I need a help with Toon Link guys... I have made a Vaati texture (using ASH)... but I have a huge problem... The color of his skin has a strange behave... when u see it in action u can see toon link true skin color, but if u zoom in (pausing the game) u can see the purple color of his skin, and while u move the camera the skin recolor itself from the purple color to the true color.... and the other problem is his eyes, for some reason his eyes are out of the place... I have indexed the colors like the guide said, I have put a less number... I have done everything alright but that problem persist... I have done this texture twice! and the same problem... I have replace .pcs file first, then because I thought .pac was the problem, I replaced .pac too and nothing... the same problem... Could it be an ASH PROBLEM??

And if it doesn't work wait for ASH 2.2.

I used it for snake and it keeps annoying his body texture which is a completely regular texture If it is a regular texture, then you should not get that error. Don't use Gimp, use Photoshop (sorry, ASH was made for Photoshop).
