I was wondering if any one knew how easy it is to do music hacks, I've heard its possible, do any of you know how to do it or know anyone who knows how to do it? that is likely to be one of the next things to be hacked after characters and stages If no one knows how to do it now would anyone be interested in looking into it?

To be honest, I haven't heard a thing on this. The closest I've seen (or even heard of) music hacking is mixing around music files, say King K. Rool's theme on the Pirate Ship stage, or the Pokemon Main Theme on Norfair.
But if this is true... it'd be interesting to learn more about. I figure it will have something to do with converting MP3 files into a different format...

As of yet, it is impossible. There is a brsar extractor, but no compressor yet.

So we need to figure out how to write one then? I don't know how to write programs so we'll need to find someone. If you're out there and you think you can do it step forward now!!

I have different music in the stages, ex. Title Legend of Zelda in Final Destination, here a vid of mine: www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uac1mIQQyofor this u don't have to change .bstrm files, u can do it using My Music Modifier code by Phantom Wings. And about changing the music by any music we like, for now it's impossible (I have been looking for that converter a long long time and no results), because the music files in the iso are .bstrm, u can extract that and listen it in Winamp, but IF WE HAD a .bstrm CONVERTER to convert mp3 to .bstrm, u can change the music u like!. By now I have only changed the english voices by japanesse voices because I hate ptrainer, pit and Falco english voices

I think I just found a way to convert .mp3 to .brstm experimenting with stuff XD. Well first off, after I read what krlosf said about replacing his file to get the japanese voices, I decided on downloading wii game music torrents to use their brstm files to replace the stage BGM's Next, I decided to look on google and find posts with infomation on how i could convert mp3 to brstm only finding dead ends and other people wanting to know the same thing so at that point I stop looking Then when downloading a wii iso file to get some music from a game that i thought had good music, I discovered using wii scrubber that the iso was using ADX music files so I was feeling down because i really wanted to the music. then for some reason i thought i would still try to listen to the file so using Winamp with the plug in to play brstm files i figured out Winamp can also play ADX files so i was glad that i could at least listen to it. Again i try another experiment renaming the .adx extension to .brstm and tried playing the file again and it worked so i was like YES!! I can use it. After i figured that out, I went back on google to see if there was such a program that can convert mp3 to adx but instead found a .wav to .adx and vice-versa so you can imagine how happy I was after downloading this program to find out it was WORKING! since i already had a .mp3 to .wav converter before hand I turned a .mp3 > .wav > .adx and renamed the adx extension to brstm and it was working perfectly ;D and now i think the only problem is trying to reduce the size of the file since the first .mp3 files I used which are 2mg and 3mg ended up being 7mg and 9mg after all the conversion so I'll be looking into that too. So... what do you think of this discovery =D
