Help with csp

I need help with CSP. I'm trying to make my own picture for Cel shaded Game & Watch. Pictochat was the stage i took the picture in so thats good to go. I took his picture, went to the vault data and moved him to the SD card. Then i went to my private folder to the "al" folder and found the picture data there but i dont know how to open it with Gimp. Can someone help? I want to make him a picture. He was made from Fit Artifex but still.

You need the Brawl Snapshot Decrypter in order to decrypt .bin files into .jpg images. You can download the decrypter by going to the download link below.

Note: The decrypter only works with PC computers. It does not support Macs.

First of all, you should create a new folder to store the decrypter tools. Next, place the .bin file(s) into the same folder as the decrypter tools.

Once you've chosen the files that you want to decrypt, click on the file, bin2jpgall.bat. It'll execute the applications that will decrypt all the .bin files into .jpg images. However, the applications will only decrypt the .bin files that are in the same folder as the decrypter applications themselves.

All JPEG images decrypted by the snapshot decrypter will have a size of 640x480 pixels if they were taken in full screen format.

OK, I REALLY NEED HELP. FIRST OFF, I DOWNLOADED A COUPLE OF CSPS OF THE INTERNET FOR SOME TEXTURES I HAVE. HOW DO U ACTUALLY GET THEM OFF OF MY COMPUTOR AND ONTO BRAWL. FOR EXAMPLE, I HAVE THE DEOXYS LUCARIO TEXTURE (SHOUT OUT TO WHOEVER MADE THAT, IT IS AWSOME) AND I DOWNLOADED A CSP FOR HIM. WHEN I OPENED THE FILE ON WINRAR, IT HAD A PGN FILE AND A TGA. WHERE EXACTLY DO I PUT THEM ON MY MEMORY CARD SO THEY WILL SHOW UP WHEN I CHANGE THE COLOR TO THE ONE THAT IS LUCARIO?

Seriously its wicked, i typed in "brawl texture hacking" and holy shit, i found about 100 tutorials on how to get texture hacks, its so amazing. Someone kill this wonderful individual.

first off, i know how to get texture hacks, and i use them. second off, i have heard of googel, and yes, i have tried to use it to find turterals on how to use csps. and in case you have heard, csp stands for character selection picture. i am sick of when i trie to be a new texture hack, i can not always remember exactly what color it was. so i am trying to find out how to put a picture of a samus in a bikini when i am changing colors and i want to be samus in a bikini

How do you change the size? I use gimp and when i change copied the picture, and opened a new file with the size of 128x160, found the transparency in the layer, and pasted the picture i wanted on there and it appears black.

You need to fill the background with magenta (#ff00ff) and then index the portrait. Indexed images can't have an Alpha Channel, just so you know.

When you run step 2 of CUPASH, any signs of magenta on the image will be made transparent. However, make sure that all areas that you want transparent has the hex code #ff00ff, because that's the only color that represents transparency for indexed portraits.
