I've tried everything EVERYTHING no one knows what the problem is.

My ASH folder has
*NTCOMPRESS
*TEXTCONV
*TPLSPLITTER
*TPLX
-All the important stuff


1. I put FitPopo00.pac in my ASH folder

2. I open up Step1_extract

3. I type in FitPopo00.pac

4. It extracts

5. I should have around 10 folders right? I only GET 1!!!

6. In that ONE folder called FitPopo00 i have FOUR files
000.brres
001.brres
002.brres
003.brres

WTFHAX

HELP?

Where you downloaded it... If you have 2.2, it should be on your desktop.

If I downloaded it from www.elotrolado.net/hilo_dale-color-a-tu-smash-bros_1157762 Does that make it V 2.3?

Run it from command prompt so that it doesn't close and you can see any errors.

Open command prompt
---Type in: cd C:\Users\Dgameman1\Desktop\texture hack\texture hack
---enter
---Type in: step1_extract.bat
---enter

But... I think your problem might just be the folder name. Try naming it something without spaces, such as...

C:\Users\Dgameman1\Desktop\texture-hack\texture-hack

K, I moved the folder to C:\Users\Dgameman1\Desktop\ashv23
I did what you did and i got

The directory is now C:\Users\Dgameman1\Desktop\ash

Still doesnt work =[
