Well, I tried it and my game froze when trying to load my character... so I don't know if it was me or ASH FOR THOSE WHOS GAMES ARE CRASHING: What kind of WiiScrubber are you using? If you're using WiiScrubber 1.31 like the ASH guide told you to... YOU ARE WRONG! Do NOT use WiiScrubber 1.31. Use WiiScrubber 1. 21. This version is far superior. Trust me. I've seen it first hand. I used 1.31 for the longest time... Costumes of mine would crash, even if I did the hexing right. At one point, I had put about... ehh... 10 costumes at once. Only about 3 or 4 works. I FINALLY download 1.21 (after some pestering from fellow members ), figure out how to use it, and put those same characters for burn. I had NO trouble. Matter of fact, I've had no trouble since. 1.21 please. 1.31, for whatever reason, isn't anywhere near as superior. True, 1.31 is faster when it comes to replacing the files... but at the same time, I think that is what kills it.

EDIT: The game didn't froze but.... I got a really strange screen when battling so... I could not see my Peach... T_T EDIT 2: Well, I just tried a Luigi texture and it worked! I need to fix Peach...

Well I realized what I was doing wrong (forgot to add the (ntcompress) but now it works flawlessly and seems almost like a must to all editing. Just as soon as someone manages to add +1 and +2 support and Ill be in heaven. One note, zss, which uses 2 sets of tgas (her own and regular samus's for her falling armor parts) WILL NOT WORK with this method...must be some bug or something due to this weird double tgas....Anways good find and everyone look out for my link and ike textures in the your textures section of the forum.

Oh before I forget, for this go around, I used wii scrubber 1.21 and everything worked! i don't know if it had anything to do with it but from having done 4 trial dvds with version 1.31 and this new one with 1.21, the textures seem to load quicker in game...I would say about 40% faster. I am not going back to 1.31 since the wait in reparsing is tolerable and it actually made everything work for once.

If i want to do +1 and +2 textures i'll just have to extract them and stuff the regular way and and them right? but do I have to worry about alphabetical order and stuff? also Do I have to get the .tga files the normal way? because when I used this i couldn't find where I was supposed to edit Fox's Scarf. do the +1 and +2 .tga files just not show up with this method

K thanks, So to edit them I'll have to extract them the normal way right? also when I add them into when the auto hacking tool prompts you to will i just have to paste/write the .tga file name into the page

It seems like ASH does not want to have anything to do with the +1 and +2 textures so it will not even extract them for you. lol You have to extract them yourself. If you look at the numbering for the .tgas, you will notice that theres certain numbered tgas missing, those are the +1 and+2 textures. I had like 6 missing yesterday when i was trying to do sonic.

that's unfortunate I'm going to have trouble withmarth and Ike then Marth isn't too bad it's only his eye texture and some other one (I couldn't work out what was missing so it can't be that crucial!)
