Sure, but making a new one would be legitimate, right? Just cause it serves a similar function doesn't mean it's the same thing...

Niiice. That's a slick looking program.
What I was thinking of, though, was basically the same thing, except it's on the Wii instead of the PC.
I'm thinking over the summer (school ends this week!) I might try learning a thing or two about programming and see if I can make this happen. Chaemelion, do you have your source code? If I do manage to get some mojo together, that could be good to draw on...

Thanks! I would like to make a homebrew app that checks a server for textures... If you have some experience with programming (not just starting from scratch) then we could possibly work together, but otherwise, my Texture Manager is still in the beta stage and I don't really want to release my source yet. Heck, I'll go talk to the guys on WiiBrew who made the homebrew browser and see if they'll help or if I could use their source. To be completely honest, one of the main reasons I don't want anyone to see my source is because it's messy and I took some shortcuts..

No problem.
But I'm gonna try and pull this together.

Thanks! I would like to make a homebrew app that checks a server for textures... Now wouldn't that be something... Then you could truly play online and see the other persons texture without hassles!

It could work that way, but you'd need some way to identify the texture files, right...?
