Good guide and all, it just doesn't work for me :S
Any chance of showing a screen shot of which ARC you're talking about? when I try both Arc's it still only gives me only 1 of the slash effects in ToonLink's FS. (07eff_fintoonlink_trifoce_impact)
The rest turn invisible when they shouldn't be.
