My first texture hack!

I usually use Sonic as my persona, so I made a texture hack of him. Here are some thumbnails; click on them to view a larger image.

Avatar Pose:


In the following pictures, the texture hack Sonic is on the left, and the normal Sonic is on the right (to show the difference).

Body View:


Homing Attack (not much difference):


Spin Dash (also not much difference):


Head (texture hack has lighter fur/spikes/whatever):


Glove cuffs (texture hack has golden cuffs; supposed to look like rings):


Shoes (texture hack has golden stripes and a silver buckle, and the red is a little darker);


Any feedback is appreciated!

If the wrist cuffs and shoe stripes were original color, it would look like a classic Sonic. Still not bad for a first.

I... can't really see the difference. But then again, I never play as Sonic.

But anyway, you should supply more pics (in thumbnail form, easier to show off lots while still maintaining links to larger more detailed versions)

Simple (almost unnoticeable), but we all start somewhere. Its better than those random, splashpaint excuse for textures that I've seen lying around the net...
