Download GIMP (a picture editor, search it in google, its free) and then edit the background to be Magenta (for the colors, go 255,0,255 for RGB) and then make it 128x160. Then, go to image>mode>index>convert colors 72

Do this and then rename it as the CSP name is supposed to be (You have CSP tools right?) and export it.
