iv been testing some snake textures and they turn out fine except the hair isnt transparent? With the +2 texture i had to make it indexed and i click transparent but it turn white after i re open it. i need help.
(BTW im using photoshop)

When you index it you don't have to touch transparent. Leave it unchecked.
What you have to do is go to channels and click the alpha layer. Black = transparent. Select all the black zones in the alpha channel and go back to the RGB channel and paint it magenta (255 0 255). Hope that helps ;D.

yeh i did the magenta thing (saw it in another thread) and it didnt work. Ill try it again now.
