For some reason whenever I make a sonic texture his eye starts acting weird. when I pause from a distance the area aound the iris is black but when I zoom in that area is white. I tried to fix this is to make the eye highlight all white on the alpha layer but this in turn turns the whole eye white. Is there anyway I can make the iris show and not have this glitch?

I think I understand... what version of ASH are you using? --- Make sure to use 2.2
(If I understood correctly --- the eyes change color when zooming out --- which is usually a sign of failed mipmaps, which... basically are "low res" images specifically prepared for long distance viewing. I've only seen this error on Wario / Ganondorf before...)

I had that issue when I tried to do a Sonic texture edit. Sadly, it ended as a failure. Hopefully, I'll figure out that problem.
