Csp is too big

But this one csp for sonic is driving me mad. No matter how I alter it , Step 2 keeps telling me its too big ;-;. Its 128x160 , indexed color 71. Can anyone help?

Do you have any more edited Sonics? If so the file size error might be resulting from the other one(s).

Other than that, I have no idea --- could try cutting the colors even further... I know my Kirby ones came down to about 50 colors apiece.

I have a new problem ;O. For some reason my sigma Tga for ganondorf wont become transparent , it shows up magenta in the game .

Check the color of your magenta. If it isn't exactly FF00FF... it'll usually fail.

If using gimp, open up the color pallet dialog (windows > dockable diaglogs > colormap)

Double click on the magenta color to open up it's color properties, and if the hex code isn't exactly FF00FF... set it to that.

I have no idea why its not showing up transparent in game.

That doesn't appear for CUPASH because ALL images it handles will likely use transparency.

You want me to host the one that appeared in magenta? I'd like to know what went wrong so It doesnt have to happen again =S.
