How odd. It did that to me too for one of Ness's textures. I just created a completely white alpha layer and it worked.

Zaku this is not that easy...you see since it has a palette you have to save it as and index.tga.....which can not hold alpha layers.......

I forgot about hat. Sorry. Hmmm. So converting the image to indexed color won't allow an alpha layer? I remember way back in the day, games like Vice city used alpha layers, and had shitty indexed, low-res textures and they worked fine. They were also in targa format. There must be a way!!!

Teady, i had that problem. But i wasn't dealing with pallettes. Try saving it as 32 bit. It might help. Helped me.

Ermm... Pardon if this sounds nubish, but what Alpha Layer? I'll assume it has something to do with Photoshop... but I really have no idea.
