It will most likely not work (The reason why I said, "most likely" is because one time I added a rob texture on Sonic, and it became a Sonic on crack. Luckily my game didn't freeze).

There's absolutely no reason this will work. All you'll do is make the stage you put it on look really strange.
You're not changing the stage's model; you're just changing its texture.

POESNT THE.PAC FILE HAV ALL OF THE INFO ON IT AND NOT JUST THE TEXTURE??? CUS WHEN YOU PUT IT ON SSBBEXTRACT YOU GET MODEL FILES AND STUFF AS WELL, WHAT iM SAYING IS WE SWITCH THE FILES COMPLETELY NOT PUTTING THE TEXTURES OF ONE STAGE ON ANOTHER ONE

You'll get a stage on crack like R.O.B. Like I said earlier, when I misplaced R.O.B.'s texture on Sonic, he did not have R.O.B.'s moveset. You'll have the stage, but it'll be a mess depending on what you replace it with.

but you can't even rig it so that the stage selection pics one of the SSE stages?? that sux, next question then. If i take the texture file from one of the SSE clones from the great maze and stick them on the corresponding character will that work??
