looks like his finger or something..
if you have 3DS Max, paint this part all yellow or something, then look where you can see yellow on the model.

Fingernails/Fingers... If you see other characters, you'll notice they have similar textures, albeit a bit dull compared to this (of course, the little blue part creeping up is part of his glove).
