I've been trying to find a solution to this but I can't seem to find any help anywhere. I've modified a copy of the Brawl ISO using Wiiscrubber 1.21 and am now ready to burn my modified ISO but when I try to burn the image, Image burn tells me:
"Invalid Field in Parameter List"
When I try to burn the iso using the older DVD Decryptor I get:
"Invalid or Unsupported Image File Format"
I don't really know much about what's going on here. I'm trying to burn a 7.92gb modified Brawl Iso to a single layer DVD-R. I thought running Wiiscrubber on the ISO would make it smaller (and thus solve my problem) but this didn't seem to do anything at all and output a file the same size as the one I started with.

I had a similar problem once, some ppl say u can burn a 7.92gb Brawl ISO using a dvd5 (single layer DVD), just ignore the errors and burn, but that didn't work for me, so I find a tool that shrink your dvd9 Brawl into a dvd5 Brawl ready to burn, here is the link: gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=91738I hope u can fix your problem using this Riptool... This worked for me

Update: when using trucha I encounter an Error that doesn't allow me to replace any of the files besides the _update.inf file. Trying to sign the iso without doing this results in the same error as before. I'm once again stumped.

Use IMGburn, its free and probs the best for Wii backups (or pirate-copys...). Next time you download a ISO look for a pre-scrubbed file. Which would be about 4GB and then you can easily burn it straight to a SingleLayered disc .

I personally use SONY... but Memorex should work just as fine, so long as it ends in "DVD-R". If that and IMGBurn don't work... perhaps it has something to do with the CD drive itself?

Sony didn't work for me (and I have a Sony DVD burner...), and Memorex failed for a friend with the same drive. Verbatim DVDs worked for both of us.
