Did you properly rename the TGAs?
Such as... "(Birdy)Falco#_big.tga" to "Falcon1_big.tga" (first costume)
And no, there is no easier way... this is pretty much as easy as it gets.

Oh yes please do a video. Also, has anybody tried a tga compilation post like the .pcs textures? it would be cool to have those too.
Oh about my wario problem in page 5, please someone test it, with the dynamic loader I think it would not take more that 2 mins.

The falcos are already named properly I have big and small set  . Where do I place them in my Sd card? A video would be uber helpful. |

And do we need to have an SSBB ISO to make the CSP's?
