From the Konami game, Ape Escape, here it is Pipo Diddy (sort of, just a scrap).
I thought of this texture a while ago, but nobody make it so i just share it with you. i don't know if the tail can be made transparent or make the hat semi-transparent, but even with those two it can be still made pretty faithful to the original model.
