Yea I want to make textures myself and I have BIG question to ask ( this may sound noobish but I don´t care...) : Do I need a Mogchip or is it enough that I have the Homebrew channel and the needed applications ?

You can lock this theard if you guys want to... but I think that many People have this question and I think we will need a FAQ for such questions....

OK since I now have read through Pharrox texture hacking guide NEW porblems arrise -.-"" ( god this get´s more annoying every second...) anyway my question is : DO I need a CD burner to make the Textures work ? ( as it say in the guide ) or can I save the textures on my SD card ?

You should download IMGburn, its a free, powerful Image Burner (as the name suggests) and can burn ISO images almost perfectly every time, while I'm sure that I can't link you, it is free and legal to obtain ^^
