Haha, nice. Good chance I probably won't use it for huuuuuge batches (I really wouldn't want to wait 3 hours with a DVD5 ), but this is still extremely helpful. MUCH thanks, leonsk.

Very nice, thank you! EDIT: When I open tbpr.exe it gives me this error: Component COMDLG32.OCX or one of it's dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

I got it to work, but when it tries to open FitCaptain00.pcs, it opens the folder that contains it, but does nothing.

leonsk, would you be up to the task of making one to extract battle portraits for use with CUPASH?
In battle (optional) Extracting the previous file you will be able to modify the images at the character selection screen and victory screen. If you also want to modify the images shown during battle, you will need these files too: PARTITION 2/info/portrite/InfFace001.brres PARTITION 2/info/portrite/InfFace002.brres PARTITION 2/info/portrite/InfFace003.brres ... PARTITION 2/info/portrite/InfFace465.brres

Hey Picano, here's a tip - unless you are just recolouring the exact same poses as before, don't bother - just extract one (or not even that...) and rename it to whatever it needs to be in newfiles
