Ok,
So when ever I load up my Texture applied version of Brawl, Gecko OS picks up that its "RSBE01" but when it loads, the screen goes black and doesn't load the game.
Anybody have any idea what's going on?

Ah... That's probably why.
I don't use Gecko OS; I use a Homebrew Channel-esque channel called "WiiGator". It's a back-up loader channel; it's what's used to load Brawl discs with the custom textures on them. You'll need the WiiGator/Backup Loader GAMMA for this kind of thing.

If you have a modchip why don't you just load it from the disc channel...
Are you using the correct region disc for your console?

really I don't know, I have a modded Wii, NTSC-U version, and I use Gecko OS beta 7 (I think) and everythings is alright, even with the textures... have u updated your Wii lately?

No, I found the problem anyways.
WiiNinja dosen't support Maxwell DVD R's -_-
