Anybody know how to do this? I've been trying to make mario's fireballs like luigi's, but I haven't been successful in this. I have edited both the "effect>fighter>mario" file and "effect>final>mario" files which both gave me fire textures, but once I edited them and ran them through ash and put them on the game, the fireballs are still red. I assume the "real" texture must be somewhere else, because when I run the new PACs through ash, it works and shows the new fireballs as being green. Any ideas? I know it's possible because ESH already has done some. Thanks.

Not sure if this is allowed, but bump? I'm still very clueless on this and the syntax guide doesn't have info on it.

Have you tried looking in the common PAC's? There's a bunch of stuff in those PAC's. The guide tells you how to get the files out of those.

The guide says effects like explosions are in COMMON3 > "--003-038.brres" My only problem is when I try to put common3_en.pac on SSBExtract it just says: "Assuming MSBIN file" and then it stops working. Any ideas on what to do?

if SSBextract says assuming MSBIN OR the file has the extension .BIN that means you need to use lz77ex (drag onto it)

Alright, I just downloaded Izz7x.exe, thanks! However, I still have a problem. I ran it through Izz7x and now have "common3_en.pac.out. When I run that through SSBExtract, it says: "File size invalid! Press any key to continue..." EDIT: Now all of a sudden it worked. No idea why. It now gave me a folder with two .pacs and a .dat. The .pacs are a lot smaller than the .dat. I'll go try them out, thanks! My only problem is now I have no idea what to do to get it back to the original file type. EDIT 2: I tried running both of the .pacs through SSBExtract and it just gives me a folder with a very small sized .dat file. Now what?
