How do I shrink the NTSC Brawl ISO down to under 4.7 gigs and still be able to replace textures without it giving me an error that there wasnt enough room to replace the selected texture? I need a step by step process of wat I should deleate.

Don't.
Use the full 9GB iso, and replace the textures there, then burn using imgburn onto a normal DVD.
It will say that there isn't enough space, but say burn it anyway.
Then after burning 4.7GB it will pop up with an I/O error ('logical block out of range' or something) click cancel.
It should then say 'Do you want me to perform the closing track etc. anyway?' click yes.
Although IMGburn thinks the burn failed, it should work fine on the wii provided you don't use single player.
