When ever I try to open it, try to install it, and it loads, It says, "The Previous Version of HHD Hex editor Neo 4.73 is currently installed. Setup must Uninstall it in order to continue." I click "Uninstall" and nothing happens... Argh...   |

Are you using the trial version?
And did you ever have a previous version installed?

Uninstall the previous version  Do it from the control panel if you need to. |
