EDIT: The *.dae file is OK, but I don't know what is the difference about put a "-t" tag or not at WilliamsConverter tool. Hi :3~ I'm rly n00b at texture hacks, but I wanna improve my skills . I've been searching for info about how to convert from *.brres to any format that can read 3ds Max 8, and I've made a little tool to automatize this: Linux_brres2dae v0.1 New! (Wine is needed)BRRES2DAE v0.3 New!BRRES2DAE v0.2You'll need some apps like WilliamsConverter and SSBExtract to do this stuff :3. I think that *.dae file is OK and the 3ds Max 8 can open it, but I don't know how to use it to edit textures . I wish that it'll be useful for anyone xD Byez~ PS: The *.bat contain some lines from ASH, because I don't know about MS-DOS . (I'll contact Mark R. to talk about this program if its necessary) PS2: I'm Spanish, sorry if I do any mistakes

D'oh, NOW someone makes this after I manually convert all the files for someone... XD Sweet stuff, though. Hopefully someone'll test it out and see if it works.

I take it this is intended to automatically convert Trophy models, which I suppose is useful. Though it only takes me a few seconds to do SSBextract followed by Williams Converter.

I need to start previewing my work before I burn a disc because I really screw up sometimes. This sounds like a cool program, I'll try to use it later assuming it works to some degree or else you wouldn't release it right XD. Welcome to KC

Yes, as I said, this is a simple script to automatize some steps. I've been trying it and the *.dae file its OK, the 3ds Max 8 can open it By the way, new version is available. Now it can extract the *.MDL0 file and convert it to *.dae from all the *.brres files placed in the folder :3 BRRES2DAE v0.3Byez~

Sorry for doble posting but I've just finished a bash script to automatize this at GNU/Linux systems . I don't know if the *.dae files done with this script are OK, anyone can test them, please? www.megaupload.com/es/?d=5CDDOLXALinux_brres2dae v0.1Byez~ PD: You will need Wine to run the script.
