Does the wii not take DVD+R? Cuz I have a dual layered DVD+R. The brand is Sony. When I try loading it, it says "game disc could not be read". I've tried burning it a few times. Any suggestions?

Backup Launcher. I tried loading it via the app itself and through the"reboot with hooks" method. Neither of them worked....

DVD+R's work fine...
Though I would recommend just using single layer discs, as dual layer ones are expensive and unecessary (unless you have money to burn...)
I would also recommend using IMGburn to burn the discs.
Does the backup launcher run other games OK? If it does, then I would just try with a single layer disc and see what happens. Otherwise it may be a problem with the installation of the backup launcher, do you have the newest cios rev. 7 installed?

Ok I'll try a single layer, but, how would I compress my dual layered version, to a single?

WiiScrubber 1.0 can do that. (It's a glitch, not a feature)
Although the one texture guide says that if your burner will allow you to burn to a single layer disk, despite not having enough space... it would work (as long as you hit "finalize disk" at the end when it errors)

FUCH!!!! I did that too, same thing happened from the disk channel. So I tried the backup launcher channel, it went to the intro, and stayed at a white screen!!!!! Any help?

White screen, eh? Definitely some corruption of data near the outer edge of the disk (I've had the problem before, there was a smudge on the disk)
So you tried wii scrubber 1.0 on it? If that didn't work... then you might have a faulty ISO.
But... I had a makeshift solution for when I had that problem. --- When you get to the white screen, eject the disk, and slide in your original brawl. Once you are to the menus... you can swap back. (It sucks... but it works)
