Texconv Problem

Asuming you all know, I'm was gonna make my own PAC file but the guide says that you need to convert all TCS files to TPLs. I tried converting one tcs to tpl with TexConv, but This is what I got:

I know that the location above isn't it.

Read what it says ^_^

Have you formatted the tcs correctly, and have you got an alpha layer in the image (you haven't inadvertently deleted it?)

EDIT: lol Joey, I got it.

I didn't say it as 32-bit. Thanks also, though.
