Is it possible to edit or extract .mot files?
If so,how? Also,can I do anything with
.brsca files or .seq files?

Actually they are from another game and they contain textures and models
and I just wanted to edit them. But do you know anything about these files?
Or does anyone?

They are probably TPL files in there (similar to melee. It has TPLs, but not header, just the data). You will have to extract them via emulator, then convert them yourself.
