Okay is there like any list for each character that names what the effect is? Like say something called 000.pac = links sword slash (pretty sure that isn't right but whatev)

Something like 000.pac would be for items. For effects on characters, it's mainly just FitCharacter, and FitCharacterMotionEtc. There really is no point in making a list for them.

So if there were multiple effects in one fitcharacter.pac then they would be named?

I've never messed with the effect files, but I know effects like slashes are just in those files. Ex. Z-Saber, Roy Slash. MotionEtc are pretty much effects like Mario's cape, and Ness' Yo-yo, see the difference? |

Fit***MotionEtc: The effects that have a model and bone(s)
Fit***: Effects that go on models that don't have bones (slashes)
