i'm trying to make a fox texture. but everytime i run step 2 on ash it only goes up to the eye shadow. how come it doesn't read the pants and the jacket?

It probably goes so fast you cant see it, or are you talking about adding the pallet textures? Perhaps you have named it incorrectly. Have you actually tried the texture?

Don't rename any of the texture files that were extracted. Also, Fox has 3 indexed textures; one of them is his headgear, strangely enough. Indexed textures come before the normal textures whenever your run step 2.

Indexed textures come before the normal textures whenever your run step 2. well i did index the head gear. and i didn't rename the extracted files. but when i run step 2 it always finishes reading the eye shadow and it doesn't read other files. |

i have ash 2.2...... but i think i will try ash 2.3 to see if it works. ummm can someone upload it?

ok i tried the texture (without reading the jacket and the pants) and when i play it in the game the screen is all weird and i can't see anything but when i take off the texture from my sd it's all normal.

Weird, try the latest ASH, other than that, i cant really give working answers (ive never seen or heard of this problem before).
