First of all THIS IS NOT A FREZEING ISSUE!! When I put my fox texture in game some parts on him were 1 solid color like on his nose and tail instead of a mixture of colors like the original to make it flow. All I did was change the saturation and light/darkness but Ive seen others do it and it looks just fine. It looks just fine in GIMP. I'm using GIMP since my photoshop won't work for some reason. Im up to date with ASH as well. Can someone help me on this? Is there a way to fix it or is it unavoidable? Here's a picture explaing my problem.

First off... looks cool so far! I'll be downloading it for sure!
Second... when messing with saturation / contrast this is kind of hard to avoid and becomes highly noticeable in very dark (my black Yoshi) and very light cases. And it's not always noticeable... since on my laptop such issues are glaringly obvious while on my TV I can hardly tell the difference anyway.
My solution? Take the blur tool and run it over the contrasting edges.

You can just make the face bits from scratch, it usually turns out better anyway, since the saturation makes it look gay. Or you can just blur it, but i still find making it form scratch is more effective.
