Where are these files? I can find like everything else for the menu but the character select. Anyone found those yet and/or edited them?

I belive the EE guide tells you...
They are encrypted inside one of the common files (possibly common5)

lol I found em, I just need to learn how to use +# textures...but which part? Super Sayan Phelps or Obama v McCain?
Well also can someone teach me or explain +1,2 textures to me in normal peoples terms...please?

Anyone knows where can I find the portraits in the PAL version?
common5_en.pac does not exist in the PAL version, and I have been trying to find them with no luck. (common5.pac doesn't seem to have any BIN file and is also smaller than the common5_en.pac USA).
I'd like to make an additional program for ASH to edit portraits easily, I hope someone can help me!
