Actually, the FAQ won't help at all. He has the right idea, I just have no way of providing help myself (being --- that is the PAL alternative to common5_en.pac)
Either... wait around til someone else gets the file or rip your own iso and grab it yourself. (And honestly, if you have ~9GB free, just grab the iso --- so much easier)

well to be honest I havnt got a 9GB left and i doubt anyone will get the iso in a million years
Edit: I belive I need the sel_character.pac makes it load up common5.pac for PAL

I don't know... I've been supplying US people for a long time since I have my .iso. I can probably nab the Pal one. I'll use my backup computer. I'll tell you if I got it when I reply to this thread.
