a problem with pits arrow

so, ive edited all pits arrow effects, yet somehow theres still this gay blue shine that i cant get rid of, as you can see in the pics its grey. but still blue, i tried to edit the motion effects and that didn't seem to work, i think i may have made a mistake on the motion effect, but im not sure, any tips would be nice, thanks

there is a folder that controls the arrow flare. make that black or transparent if that works.

That is controlled by a CLR0 file, fiddle around with it in a hex editor.
