When I do Step 2 and create my files, it creates the files for the CSS picture, but not the in battle picture

Maybe I indexed the small.tga file

Can someone tell me what I did wrong?, Or explain how I should index small TGA? I did it the same as big tga, and big tga works.

Index small .tgas to 32 colors or less.

When you ran step1, did you have the original small portraits in the neededfiles folder? CUPASH won't make new InfFace files unless the originals were extracted.

Don't be pretty sure, be certain. All you have to do is look in neededfiles for the InfFace files, or check the templates folder for the original tgas.

I just checked now, I've had all the templates deleted awhile back from the templates folder, since I only wanted to create a Ness one.

I also checked the Needed files folder. a Bunch of Bin files and inface files are there.

So I guess I had to keep the TGA files in the templates folder?

Its just, when I do step 2, nothing appears in Info > Portrite, and I want that .tga to work too, My Nessbig tga works though

Yes, you needed to keep the original TGAs in templates and save your modifications as a copy in newfiles.

I also have a quick question, I've seen pictures of Ness's yo-yo as a diffrent color or design, Is there a guide that explains how to recolor that?, since the yo-yo isn't in the .pac file when you extract it.
