I'm stuck at the "Repacking the .pac file" Step

I'm looking at the guide I downloaded, Pharrox's Guide. I found all the TEX0 parts, and stuff, but right now I'm quite confused on just what I'm suposed to do now. I have all the files as .tpl now, so all I have to do is turn it into a .pac file and I'm just stuck. I've been trying to figure this out for a few hours now. I'm trying to text hack Ness.

I also noticed that my .tpl files are a different size, mostly smaller, than the origional .tpl files. I would love to get this figured out, but I just don't know what it is I'm doing wrong, I hope someone can help me out.

I'm not sure what else I can say to explain my question, but, yeah... Help please, anyone.
