Strap loader PAL

Hi, I don't know how to make my own strap loader, on my brawl PAL.

Please anyone can help me ?

I already try a strap loader NTSC on my PAL.(pf/menu/strap/strapen.pac)

But it doesn't worked....

So now I would try to make one

What tools I must, and how I can make it?

As for making your own... not sure --- I think it works with ASH.

But when I open iso PAL brawl with wiiScrubber, i found sc_strap_fr.pac in "menu2" , so maybe it didn't work in menu ...I will try :/

P.S : on your iso brawl NTSC, you find strapEN, in menu>strap>StrapEn ?

I have PAL DVD5 version, it can work with that?
Or I must have a DVD9?
