Is it possible to downgrade the HBC? I installed it on 4.0 using the Bannerbomb method.
I'd like to see if I can downgrade the HBC (I have the newest version) because it's not allowing me to use the WAD Installer app.
Any help would be appreciated.

It isn't your HBC, the WAD installer has been broken since 3.3. Try downgrading your Wii firmware to 3.2 or lower.

You cannot downgrade the HBC, it is a self-updating application. Get WAD MAnager 1.4. It will work, but you have to download some cIOS before. I have a link to a jewtube video if you want, just PM me.

K, I downgraded to 3.2.
Now how do I get the WAD Channel/Manager to work? I'm not very computer literate so try to explain as simply as you can. XD
EDIT: Because when I tried to use it on 4.0 it said "This is not a valid Wii application." According to some guy on YouTube, it won't work on Homebrew beta 9 or higher.

You just go into WAD manager, press the plus button and the wad you want to install, press A (IRCC) and wait for it to install. Beta 9, is that right, coz i have that and its working fine.

Sounds like you just have a really old version of it. I don't deal with channel stuff... but here is the 1.4 version of Wad Manager (I'm pretty sure it is what I use on the latest homebrew channel) www.wehackwii.com/2008/05/wad-manager.html
