Stash problem

I have a problem with stash, when I execute step_2_create.bat on I see this error message at the end :
ERROR: The final size was too big. How to solve this
Reduce the palette on +1 and +2 textures
- OR -
Simplify the patterns on normal textures.

I have photoshop and I don't know how to do .
Can you help me please ?

Use less colors in your texture files.

What stage is it? This happend to me with hanenbow, i couldnt even extract it and create it coz apparently it was too big. I even tried it manually, didnt insert any tpls and it was still too big.
