If I wanted to hack effects of character's how would I go abuot it?

Follow my final smash guide but use FitPit.pac and FitPitMotionEtc.pac.
Or even better you could follow Meow Mix's effect guide (its very similar to my FS one but its just a bit more tailored for effects).
