When I try step2create and there is a small.tga file involved the program crashes. Anything to fix this?

Like with the big portraits, the small portraits also have to be indexed.
However, it's recommended that you set the maximum number of colors to 32 or less when doing small portraits.

ok I am able to get the first costume of Ness to have a small portrait but the other costumes didnt.
---uhh never mind I found all portrait files here, so now I have nothing to worry about, thanks for the help.
