and Final Smash and where I have to put it in

Final smashes are... FitCharacterFinal.pac and placed in the character folder alongside the characters themselves.
By items are you referring to pokemon / assist trophies or actual items?
If the former... look at the FAQ stickied above for a link to file placement (in the FAQ section)
If the latter... it's a bit more work, you'll need to refer to Vile's guide (also linked to in above FAQ)
