You can leave the 01FitIkeHigh texture alone.
For the 02FitIkeIris texture, since that's a +2 texture, you need to use magenta (#ff00ff) to represent transparency. Try turning on the Alpha Channel to see which parts of the texture are transparent. Look at the image below to know which areas of the texture must have magenta painted over.
For the 13Fit_Ike_Hair texture, you need to do the same thing as the eye iris texture. However, because there are some semi-transparent areas in that texture, you need to make the hair 100% visible, and then fill in the transparent areas with magenta. Here's my example below.
I hope that this helps you out a bit.

Edit: Never mind.
I have never seen that error before. I think "bit depth" might refer to you not having the image as 32 bits/pixel, though that's a wild guess at best.

ok dude, actually i tried that and it still gave me the same problem in the end, something about palletes Those two textures have a +2 in their file name, so they need an indexed palette. If you forgot how to index in Photoshop, just look at my post explaining about indexed textures.

Anyway, Ike's eye iris uses a maximum number of 160 colors, while his hair uses the standard 256 colors. Don't forget to enable transparency during the process.

well, actually its creating the pac, and pcs but it says error in the begging You're pretty much on your own with that dilemma. My other suggestion is to use ASH 2.3 to create your Ike texture. That is, if you're using an older version of ASH to make your texture.
