I've done all the steps that i'm supposed to so far, edited everything I wanted, and put the pac back in the folder you take it out from, and the step I'm stuck at is where you have to open the cmd thing, which I did, then when I try to type "cd c:\desktop\fitpikachu" (or whatever you type) it says the path was not found. Am I missing something? Am I supposed to type something before desktop?

You're missing the users\username\
Right click on the folder and select properties (or click in the address bar) to see the full address.

Alright, thanks. I'll try that. Seems I'm learning about computers from all this texture hacking stuff xD.

Sorry about the double post, but after I typed this in step 8,
SSBBinsert.exe fitpikachu.pac -i 001.pac
It said that was an unknown command. Am I overlooking something again? x.x
Edit: I have the 000.dat, 001.pac, fitpikachu.pac, and SSBBarc.exe in the folder too.
Edit Edit: I just looked at my files and it doesn't look like I have SSBBinsert. I'm trying to find where to download it on google and I haven't found any links yet x.x
Edit Edit Edit: I just found version 0.2 of SSBBinsert. It's still not working :/

I tried it with SSBBarc like you suggested too, it's still not doing anything.
Instead of getting an error message, it just does nothing and pulls up the same thing that it does when you type the path to your folder again... so right now it looks like:
C:\Users\KRDsonic>cd c:\users\krdsonic\desktop\fitpikachu
C:\Users\KRDsonic\Desktop\FitPikachu>ssbbarc.exe fitpikachu.pac -i 001.pac
C:\Users\KRDsonic\Desktop\FitPikachu>
I tried it with putting SSBBinsert in there instead and using it and I got the exact same results.

Yep that's whats meant to happen. If it doesn't say any errors, then you did it right.

Guys move your whole SSBBarc folder (including your 001.pac and your Fit***.pac inside of it) onto the C drive and rename the folder to "insert".
Open CMD and type cd.. and hit enter afterward until you are in your C drive in CMD (it should say C:\)
Now type "cd insert" and hit enter.
Then finally, type "SSBBarc.exe Fit***.pac -i 001.pac"
