I can't even seem to use the link... it keeps telling me that my ip is already downloading something, which I know for a fact it isn't (haven't ever used this site / only person in my house which would even download something).
Also... if this isn't your texture, this should probably be moved to the on-topic forum or into whoevers textures are shown off. (I'd move it but I'd like confirmation on who made what)

Hey man, yeah its kinda obnoxious I sometimes have that problem with uploading.com too. Usually that's cause I use chrome. Maybe try exiting browser and refresh?
Well you see, I downloaded that texture off some random site on google. And that texture was within a texture pack someone created, so honestly it's been moved around soo much I have no idea who owns it.
I'm not distributing the texture in my file, just a video that shows it.
